We did not plan to renovate our terrace level but when the hot water heater leaked and flooded the entire area, Tidal Wave was recommended to us by the plumber who installed the new hot water heater. Unfortunately, my water heater was old, cracked, and leaking water onto the supported area in my garage. I needed to replace the water heater with a new one, but the plumber told me that in order to meet the city code, I would have to handle the water damage first. We had a ruptured water pipe in our kitchen ceiling. They came in and completed the mitigation process fast, so we decided to stay with Tidal Wave to complete the job. When the LVP flooring that was brought out the first time didn’t match the sample that we were shown, we were able to choose flooring from a source of our choice. Talk about a company that lives up to it`s name! Called them in the morning within an hour Rob a very professional representative showed up at the house and helped me file a claim. Twenty minutes later a crew showed up and began demo. A few hours later Tidal Wave Response had figured out the leak was gone. Everything happened so fast and efficiently. Very, very professional from start to finish. Crew came into my home removed all of the damage items that was damaged by a water leak from the upper level of the home. Worked very fast and cleaned up behind themselves as if they were never there. It was like watch a action movie. Setup the dryers and other equipment very fast also and organized our furniture so that we could get to things as needed.
