We had a water leak situation that originated from our kitchen sink that leaked under the floor and into the garage below. Tidal Wave took my call for help immediately and responded that same day by sending a crew of guys that were capable, … More courteous, and respectful. There was a crew manager that was on point and who ensured that he had a grasp on the situation and my expectations. The job was completed within hours and the crew left my home as neat as before they arrived. In addition, the owner, John, worked with me on the cost (as I was paying out of pocket). The fee for services was extremely reasonable and John even allowed me to pay the next day, after the service call, as a courtesy. I cannot say enough good things about Tidal Wave and how they conducted themselves. They exceeded my expectations and definitely put me as the customer first. I highly recommend them for restoration/home rescue work and would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise again.

With Colin's help we were able to choose updated flooring, repaint a color of our choice, and new trim was installed. Everything was completed professionally.
